This year, instead of producing a typical "demo reel" where we compile the year's best clips and smash them together, timed to a hip song with no explanation, we decided to do for us, what we do for our clients. We created a "Company Highlight" video. It tells the story of what we do, who we are, and what our customers love about us. Do you like it? Should we change it? What a great experience it was to work with Haas Automation, Inc. We learned a lot about CNC machining and how a lot of the things we use today are made. This video describes how to use the File Transfer System in all of their machines but in a more creative and fun way.

Who knew that CNC machines could not only do repetitive tasks, but could be scheduled to make different parts all in the same run. This was shot the same day as the File Transfer project at Haas' Oxnard facility. These machines still amaze me!

What a gorgeous piece! This project proves how video can be used to communicate even the most abstract forms of beauty to potential customers in a simple and graceful way. Who ever knew that temperature-controlled display cases for high-end grocery stores and food shops could be so fascinating and aesthetically pleasing? Well, we do now! That's one of the best parts of video as a medium - it can show the same passion that you have for your products and services - no matter how small or insignificant you may think they are - in a tangible and meaningful way.
This was a spot we produced for airing on the Current TV network which is available all over the globe. It was actually a very short shoot and edit schedule as the entire spot was developed, shot, edited, colored and output in less than 3 days. Istill laugh every time I see it!
